Immersive relaxation training inspired by sophrology offering an effective approach to managing stress and improving well-being. The module focuses on mastering the technique of controlled breathing and learning to refocus, develop the ability to relax quickly, and acquire stress management tools.

An immersive training module on office ergonomics and TMS immerses learners in a realistic virtual office environment. Participants interact with workstation components, learn the correct postures and movements, and solve ergonomic scenarios.

The City of Paris has set up an innovative virtual reality (VR) training course for all DPE garbage collectors.
This project, developed in collaboration with WixAR, won the 2023 Digital Learning Trophies in the Learning Experience & Engagement category.
Objectives and challenges:
- Strengthen the attractiveness of training courses and fight against absenteeism
- Promote long-term memory anchoring to reduce accidents caused by bicycles and scooters.
- Adapt content to a diverse audience of field agents
Implementation
VR training is part of a face-to-face course, combining theory and practice. The VR experience, lasting 10 to 12 minutes, addresses three safety topics: two-wheelers, trucks, and users.
A short game where you have to locate bikes and scooters allows you to train without risk in a fun way.
Results and impact
- The agents, initially skeptical, were very satisfied with the device
- Experience has demonstrated the educational value of the VR format.

Following the initial success, the City of Paris extended the use of VR to the training of the Municipal Police.
This new application aims to:
- Situate the trainees in realistic scenarios, in particular the reaction to insults
- Train agents to perform 360° visual checks
- Allow learners to visualize the consequences of their choice
Feedback and perspectives
Following the VR training, the first feedback from Municipal Police agents is enthusiastic. She was praised for her ability to mobilize 360° visual control reflexes and the mastery of gestures and procedures.
This training was designed internally and independently by the City of Paris team.
